RX3 series box type resistance furnace is standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing and normalizing of small parts or small batch parts,etc. Especially suitable for in various colleges, universities and research institutes or small batch production in the factory.

鈪?/strong>.Furnace structure
The series box resistance furnace mainly consists of furnace shell,furnace lining, furnace door, heating element and control system.
1. Furnace shell is welded by structural steel.
2. Heating chamber is made of high alumina brick and alumina fiber blanket. Aluminum silicate refractory fiber and expanded perlite is filled between furnace shell and the heating chamber.
3. The door opening and closing is done by a mechanical drive controlled by a PLC controller. A travel switch is installed at the bottom of furnace door, door will automatically stop when open / close fully. At the same time interlock with the heating element and hot air ring fan. When the door is open, the heating power automatically cut off to ensure the safety of operator.
